This project is comprised of two buildings opposing one another across West Avenue in the Mill District of Fayetteville.  The two buildings are to be made up of retail space and professional offices on the ground level and spacious condos above.  The style is intended to mimic historic examples in the area, consisting mostly of light industrial feed mills and the farmer’s co-op.
